PAYMENT TERMS: Buyers will pay a flat $35 Buyer’s Premium on each unit in addition to the Final Bid price. At completion of the auction – please call the storage facility immediately to schedule pickup. Successful bidders will be emailed after the closing of the auction. Your invoice will have the pickup address on it!! Purchasers must pay their invoice online before heading to pick-up (purchase price + $35 Buyer’s premium). Buyers will pay $100 CASH ONLY as a clean out deposit to the storage facility at pickup. Deposit will be refunded by the storage facility once the unit is verified as cleaned out.
